Turn my word Doc into a proposal

Hello,

I need you to create an editable word doc proposal for me.
I will give you a word document for you to make it into a proposal with an image cover, and laid out maintaining the format (order of sections)

I've attached a PDF guide, i want my proposal to look similar. On each page my logo must appear in the footer or header to the left or right.
