Turn PDF file into Word Document

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to take a current contract that is in a PDF and put it into a Word Document so that we can easily make edits before submitting it to the customer. This position could turn into something long-term, but it wouldn't be everyday. Please apply if you can help with this first hurdle. Thank you in advance!
