Tables in a word document formatted to fit a printed page

First of all - I use a Macintosh computer. I'm making a folding calendar and I need someone to format a word table to fit on 1/2 of a 7"x10.25" sheet of paper (I will later cut that sheet in half to form a calendar with binder holding the two pieces together as shown in the attachment). I'll need to be able to edit it every year to change the following text - months at the top for the twelve months, numbers for dates in the blocks, and change & insert holidays where appropriate in small font. The border on the working file is fine where it is as shown in one attachment. What needs to be reformatted is the line above the month, the month (in this example JANUARY), and the calendar which most likely would need to be reduced a little in size. A working file is already made and will be provided.
