Table of cases, bibliography etc -- 2

I need a table of cases, table of legislation, table of rules and a bibliography for a law book I am writing. The tables need to be created by extracting the items from the footnotes to the chapters and putting them into the attached list of tables in alphabetical order. It takes about 3-4 hours to do each chapter and I have 9 chapters to do. I think it would be advisable to have some law background to know the different between cases, legislation, rules, and books/articles. Other than than it is just copy pasting.
