Revamp Payroll Guide Document
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I have a “how-to” guide for our payroll platform that is packed with useful steps but currently buried under clumsy wording and patchy formatting. I need it transformed into a clear, easy-to-follow Word document that reads professionally and looks polished.
The priorities are straightforward: refine the layout so headings, sub-headings, tables, and screenshots sit logically on the page, and rewrite the text where necessary so every instruction feels simple and unambiguous. I’m aiming for a professional, formal tone throughout—think corporate handbook quality rather than marketing fluff.
Because I don’t have an existing template, you’ll create one that can be reused for future guides. Consistent typography, sensible margins, a neat table of contents, and page elements that match our brand colours (which I’ll supply) will complete the look.
Deliverables
• A fully rewritten and re-formatted Word file, print-ready and screen-friendly.
• The underlying template (.dotx) so we can spin up new documents with the same style.
To confirm the work hits the mark, I’ll review that every step is clear at a glance, formatting remains consistent from cover page to appendix, and no instruction feels ambiguous. Once we agree, the job is done.
