Retyping of documents

I am looking for someone to retype a scanned image document into Microsoft Word. The original document is a scanned image and I require the final product to be in a specific formatting. The ideal candidate should have experience with data entry and document formatting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word. Attention to detail and accuracy are important for this project.
