Retype Scanned Hard Copy of Bylaws

I am in need of someone who can efficiently and accurately retype the current bylaws of our organization from a scanned hard copy into a digital format, in a Word document.
The existing bylaws are in a printed format that's not easily convertible to Word, but no specific formatting is required once it's digital. The main goal here is to have a fully retyped version of the bylaws that maintains the original content integrity, as there will be no revisions or changes needed during or after the process.
