Replacing an Image Filename with the Actual Image

Hey :-) Can you help me with replacing multiple Images with different Filename with the Actual Image in the word doc.

Each time I see the .jpg file I need it to replace with the image from the file in my folder on my desk.

I saw many online exmaple - but could not get to work.

Can you help me Please.
