Reformatting Customer Agreement Form (Microsoft Word) - ASAP

Seeking a skilled Word Processor to reformat an existing agreement form in Microsoft Word, and then produce a fillable Adobe PDF version as well. We must retain a Microsoft Word version as this is how many of our customers utilise the agreement form, in addition to other formats.
The agreement is currently one (and a bit!) pages and needs to be condensed into a single page.
Ideally you'll have extensive experience in document design and formatting, ensuring the final product is professional and easy to read. Attention to detail is crucial, as we want to maintain the integrity of the content while enhancing its presentation.
