Rebuild Customer Letterheads in Word Template – High Quality, Fast Turnaround, Potential Long-Term Work

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly reliable freelancer with strong Microsoft Word formatting skills to assist with an ongoing task.
? The Job:
When we onboard new customers, they send us their letterheads in Word format. We have our own pre-built Word template that integrates seamlessly with our software.
Your job will be to:
1. Rebuild each customer’s letterhead within our Word template (maintaining their design and branding).
2. Test the letterhead by uploading it to our platform and generating a test document (quick and simple process).
3. Ensure it renders correctly with our software.
4. Once tested, download the final version and send it back to us.
? Delivery Expectations:
• Same-day turnaround is required for each letterhead — we operate on tight schedules during customer onboarding.
• We’ll notify you as new letterheads come in — quick and consistent delivery is key.
? Payment:
• We will work on a flat fee per letterhead (some are simple, others a bit more complex).
• If the collaboration goes well and your work is consistently high quality, we’re open to discussing a long-term monthly retainer.

• Expertise in Microsoft Word (particularly formatting and working with headers/footers, page layout, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail – we need pixel-perfect reproduction.
