Professional Word Document Formatting

I need assistance with formatting a Word document. It is a 47 page word document that needs to be formatted in terms of look and feel. There are 4 table of contents in the document to be formatted and the page numbers of the document have to be fixed. There is a 13 page pdf that needs to be converted to Word and added to the document. The job has to be completed in the next 12 hours.
