Printed Document Data Entry Project

I have a collection of printed documents that now need to live in a clean, editable digital format. You’ll be entering the content manually—no scraping or automated capture—so careful typing and a sharp eye for detail are essential. I’ll supply high-resolution scans (PDF), and you can work in either Excel or Word as long as the final file matches the original wording and layout.

Accuracy is the priority. Before final delivery I’ll spot-check a sample of pages; if everything lines up, we’re good to close. Let me know how many pages you can handle in a day and any previous experience you have transcribing printed text.
