Paragraph Spacing Problem

A 375 page novel was formatted for double spacing. About 10% of the pages came out with larger spacing between paragraphs than all the other regularly double spaced paragraphs. PAge 1 attached is correct. Page 2 has theslightly larger spaceing between paragraphs.
