PDF to Word with Image Editing

I'm looking for a freelancer to convert a PDF file into a Word document. This document contains a variety of images that will need to be handled in specific ways:
- Image Quality: Images should retain their original quality.
- Image Size: Images should be resized to fit the Word document page dimensions.
- Image Removal: Some images within the PDF are not necessary and should be removed during the conversion process.

In addition to image handling, the text in the converted Word document should meet the following requirements:
- Font and Size: The font styles and sizes in the PDF should be preserved.
- Paragraphs: Maintain paragraph formatting.
- Line Breaks: Remove any unnecessary line breaks.
