PDF to Word Typing Project

I have a text-based PDF document that I need to be converted into a Word file. This is a straightforward task, but I have a couple of specific requests to go along with it.
- The primary requirement is to ensure that all the text content is accurately transcribed. The PDF is not image-based, so the main challenge is maintaining the accuracy of the text.
- Basic formatting should be preserved. However, please note that I'm not looking for an exact replication of the PDF's layout; a clean and readable Word document is what I'm after.
