PDF to Word File Typing

I need a capable freelancer to convert a PDF file to Word, preserving most of the content and making it editable.

- I want the text to be editable in Word, so please ensure that the converted file is easily editable.
- Images contained in the PDF need to be extracted and inserted into the Word document
- The formatting of the text does not need to match the original PDF exactly, basic formatting will suffice.
