PDF to Word File Typing

I have a PDF file that I need converted into a Word document. The purpose of this conversion is to enable editing of the contents within the file. The layout of the PDF file is quite complex as it contains various images and tables. I would appreciate if the Word document could be formatted in a standard business format.
