PDF-to-Word Conversion & Editing -- 2

I need someone to quickly convert a PDF to Word, making the text editable for minor edits. I am looking to make these changes as soon as possible. The ideal freelancer for this task would have a strong command of English and great attention to detail. Past experiences in file conversion and editing are preferred.
