PDF to Editable Word Document Conversion

We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to convert an existing PDF document into a fully editable and professionally formatted Word document. The document is a Detailed Project Report (DPR), so prior experience working on DPRs or similar technical/business documents is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert the provided PDF into an editable Microsoft Word file without loss of content or structure.
Reformat the document with clear, well-organized headings, subheadings, and consistent text styling to enhance readability and presentation.
Recreate tables in Word, ensuring they are editable and linked to Excel where calculations are involved.
Maintain accuracy in data transfer and formatting consistency throughout the document.
Ensure the final document is print-ready and professionally presented, suitable for submission to government or funding agencies.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (including linking dynamic tables).
Experience in preparing or formatting Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) or similar technical/business reports.
Attention to detail and ability to follow formatting guidelines.
Strong command over English formatting conventions.
