PDF to Editable Word Conversion

I need an expert to convert my Google document from a .pdf format into an editable Word document. The final version should be optimized for editing, which means the layout might need to be adjusted accordingly. The Google document's original content, font, styles, and formatting should be retained as much as possible for the Word document. Given that the question regarding inclusion of images, charts, or tables was skipped, the potential freelancer should be prepared to handle these should they be present in a document.
