Need to make an Editable Quotation Document

We are a wedding photography company and want to get a quotation document made either or Microsoft Word Or Powerpoint but the document made should be editable in use as we will have to update it every-time before sending to each client. The document will be of 5-6 pages. I have attached reference documents of other companies.
