Need Transcriber for Audio to tax Slovak Language

I am looking for a transcriber who can accurately transcribe an audio file in Slovak language. The audio files is more than 30 Minutes long.

Guidelines for the test.
• Check personal names, song titles, company names, artists, game names, phone brands and models and capitalize/write them as found on the internet.
e.g. .týždeň, CoLab, Pil C, O2 Slovakia, IKEA
• Write numbers below 10 in full. Write numbers 10 and above in digits.
e.g. Mám doma päť psov a 12 mačiek.
• Abbreviate units of measures (km, l, kg) and the number preceding the unit of measure should be written in digits even if this number would be lower than 10.
e.g. 3 kg
• Follow the general spelling rules of the language. If it is a question, add the correct end punctuation.
e.g. Aké je hlavné mesto Francúzska?
• Write time always in 00:00 format.
e.g. Prídem domov okolo 11:30.
• Use the mathematical symbol instead of the symbol written in full
e.g. x (násobenie), ÷ (delenie), % (percentá)
