Need Microsoft Word Document Format for a Journal Article

As mentioned, I am looking for many Microsoft Word Documents made for my Journal Articles for Grades 7 - 9 for Math Projects. What I am looking for is a Cover Page in the theme of Mathematics, followed by the pre project where it includes pictures of students working and building the project and pictures of during presentation and for each page there should be pictures and also text where I would be explaining about the pictures.
I will be asking for a sample as this is going to be a long term assignment and my bid will be no more than $3 per Format of Word Document. IF you are not OK with sample or the price, please do not bid and please type in I AM OK WITH SAMPLE in the bid so I know that you have read it clearly.
