Move Content of 2 Word Files to another 2 Word File ( Template )

I have made Materials for one of my courses ( 1 Theory - 1 Lab ) . Now it is required to use a unified template. I need someone to move the content to the new Template. = result is two files ( 1 for lab 1 for Theory ) but same template.
Further, please note that, the formatting of the text shall be as follows:
• Font type is ‘Time New Roman’ for the contents (Page 1 and forward).
• The Font size for Titles and headings of chapters or units is ‘14’.
• The font size for subheadings is ‘12’.
• The font size for the body is ‘12’.
• Paragraph Line Spacing is ‘1.5 lines’.
