Mint Conversion

I'm in need of a freelancer who can handle a specialized conversion task. I have an Adobe document that I need converted to a Word document for the purpose of editing. It's crucial that the formatting is preserved exactly as it appears in the original document. However on a normal conversion there is a a table of lines that appear in the word doc and they need removing, please see attached example. Images should be converted within the document automatically, and no manual adjustments are necessary.

Ideal freelancer for this task should:
- Be proficient in Adobe and Word software
- Have experience with intricate document formatting
- Be able to handle image conversion within documents
