Minimalist ATS-Friendly Resume Template

I have my full career content ready and need it placed into a clean, minimalist template that will pass any modern ATS scan without losing visual appeal. The finished resume has to come to me in an editable Word (DOCX) file and follow best practices for keyword parsing, proper heading hierarchy, and balanced white space.

Please create two final versions:
• Version 1 – pure text, strictly ATS-optimised.
• Version 2 – the same layout but with the head-shot found in the second document tastefully integrated.

Both versions must share identical structure, typography, and section order so I can maintain one source of truth. Feel free to use subtle accent colours and icons as long as they remain machine-readable. I’ll supply the current résumé content and photo as soon as we start; you return the finished DOCX plus any custom fonts or icon sets you embed.
