Microsoft word report

Need to prepare a Microsoft report according to the template. Need it in 24-48 hrs. There is a website where u need to copy the content and paste it in the given format. You need to take sc and paste it too. Those who have Hands on experience in word please let me know. Need to know about navigation pane, formatting.
