Microsoft Word Doc Changes

Straightforward task.
I need to update the Header and Footer of 100 Word Docs and Save them as Apple Pages file.

Instructions
1. Open Word Docs.
2. Remove the Current Header so Header is Blank.
3. Update Footer Text and Update Logo. (see note)
3. Save Word Doc to Apple Pages file format

Note: 3. Footer.
Remove - Childcare Centre Desktop ©2021 Text
Change - Logo to RELC-logo.jpg (attached)

I have attached a sample of the before and after to show how it should look
Before: Acceptance-Doc-Default.docx
After: Acceptance_Doc_Branded.pages
