Microsoft Word Add-in

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Microsoft Word Add-in for me. The specific functionality that I need for this add-in is text formatting (paragraph styles) and it should be linked to some custom buttons. Those buttons should be added to the Home (or other) ribbon.
