Merge two resumes into one

I am looking for a freelancer who can merge two resumes into one, following a specific format/template that I will provide. The resumes are for the same person, and I am not looking to emphasize any particular aspect of the content. This is purely a formatting job. The ideal candidate would have experience in resume formatting and be proficient in Microsoft Word. Attention to detail and a quick turnaround time are also important.
