Master Document Template

A Template that when the user opens it , they will have a list or table of major categories with check boxes in front of each category. There will be 15 - 50 categories. After selecting ONE category, the selected category will expand showing a listing of WORD subdocuments ( all Word sub-documents are housed in sharepoint, up to 50 documents per category) with a check box in front of where the user can choose which SharePoint subdocument will be incorporated into one new document being created. Prompted to save into sharepoint location and file name. The document being created will NOT be part of the Template Document.
