Make photo into word document from image

I am looking for an expert who can turn a photo into a Word document. It is a picture of an 8x11 typed and printed document. The purpose of this project is to copy the letterhead from the image the other text is not relevant. As for the format and layout of the document, I am open to suggestions. However, I need an experienced freelancer who can accurately add the letterhead to the document. Additionally, I may need other elements such as charts or graphs, tables, and images to be added to the document. Therefore, the ideal candidate should have experience in document formatting and be proficient in Microsoft Word. Please only accept this job if you can complete it within 10 hours of acceptance.
