MSWord Legacy Files Conversion Specialist
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are seeking a skilled MSWord Legacy Files Conversion Specialist to assist us with a project. The main task of this role is to clean and convert legacy files into MS 365 Word templates. The successful candidate will be a certified MSWord specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in file conversion and a strong background in MSWord.
Summary of Work:
• Migrate complex legacy Word docs to MS Office 365
• 20 – 40 estimated files queued for conversion (We would start if a few, and then add)
• Resolve issues carried forward from prior versions of complex documents
• Create standardized templates
• Documents contain multi-level lists and internal/external hyperlinks
Requirements:
• Comprehensive experience with Word and M365, prefer five years or more
• Experience with lengthy list-formatted documents, styles, and multi-level lists
Terms:
• 1099 Contractor Agreement
• 1099 Invoicing
• Must sign Non-Disclosure Agreement
• Agreed upon hourly rate and project completion date
