Looking for a word Pro

I am looking to have this document formatted. Needs to have indexes fixed from Annaux section SJP and SWP. The SJP and SWP also need to be indexed and formatted so the entire document has the same text styles, headers, and footers that need to be cleaned up and working. Spacing also needs to be cleaned up and some minor spelling.

Need word and PDF copy back.
