Looking for a Document maker (MS word), to create a word document of bug list as i dictate

I am looking for a skilled MS Word document maker to create a bug list document. The document should be in table format with columns for each detail, and each bug should be moderately detailed with a brief description and screenshots. I need the document completed within 24 hours. Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in MS Word, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly under a tight deadline.
Its just a simple work, you just need to make the note of the document of all the bugs and modifications in the app, along with screenshots attached. I can do it by myself, i dont have enough time to make it. It will be long run work, but everytime i give you the task it has to be finished in 1-2 days.
