Legal document copy from PDF to Microsoft Word.

I have two legal documents in PDF format which need to be copied to Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
MUST BE exact same formatting as shown of PDF with the EXACT same language. This is a legal document, so formatting and language very important.
There are a total of 2 leases.
One lease is 13 pages and the other 5 pages.
18 pages total need to be converted from PDF to Word.
