Legal Brief Formatting

I need a legal brief formatted according to California court rules. The brief should include the following sections:

- Introduction
- Statement of Facts
-Law and Argument
- Conclusion

Ideal skills and experience:
- Familiarity with California court formatting rules
- Experience with Word formatting
- Experience in legal writing and document preparation
- Attention to detail and precision

I have written the document. I cannot get it to look like I want it to. I need a toc and a toa. I have marked the citations.
This could be an ongoing thing.
