Improving look and feed of a report of around 40 pages

THIS IS SUPER URGENT. NEEDS TO BE DONE IN 2 HOURS. I have created a word document outlining the work done by our organization. I want it to be 'templaized' to make it look professional with all photographs resized to proper size. All fonts made consistent and the entire report should have a common theme/design. You can use any available theme/design/template for it.
