Improve layout and design of an existing case study document

We require a good marketer to improve the content and layout of a 4 page case study and reduce to max 3 pages (A4 size). We wish to use the finished case study as marketing collateral so it must be professional and corporate. The case study document is currently in Microsoft Word format but we are not fussy as to what tool you use to improve.
