ISO Microsoft Word Formatting Expert

Hello! I'm looking for someone to help us convert several PDF forms to word documents, but keep the design and format of the PDF. We will eventually use these to automatically generate forms. Some of these forms have checkboxes, so we will need some sort of toggle or ability to check the boxes with the click of a button (or just type an x easily in the rectangle). Let me know if you have questions about that! Also, let me know what your favorite Microsoft word keyboard shortcut is when you respond to this posting. :)
