Handwritten Text to Typed Text

I am looking for someone to transcript the attached 12 pages in a adobe .pdf document of handwritten text into typed text preferably in Microsoft word. The text is written in spoken English (UK) in the first person so the transcriber will need to be at least fluent if not have English (UK) as your native tongue..
Please review the attached document before responding so you are happy with the handwritten text.
I would like the project completed as soon as possible so please respond with how much and how long you think the project would take?
