I have already drafted every chapter of my graduation report—now I need a detail-oriented collaborator to polish it into a professional, submission-ready document. All text is complete; your focus will be on structure, visuals and overall presentation.
Key tasks and deliverables
• Build a concise Gantt Chart that reflects the project timeline
• Create the following UML and data diagrams directly in Word (my preferred tool), or export cleanly so they paste into Word without loss of quality:
– Use Case Diagram
– Sequence Diagram
– Activity Diagram
– Data Flow Diagram (DFD)
– Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD)
• Insert meaningful, royalty-free images that reinforce the written content
• Generate an auto-updating Table of Contents
• Apply consistent heading styles, caption formatting and page numbering throughout
• Compile a properly cited reference list (in-text citations are already marked; just format them consistently)
Acceptance criteria
The final file must open in Word without broken objects, all diagrams should be legible when printed in grayscale, and cross-references (TOC, figure numbers, citations) must update correctly with a single refresh (F9).
