Formatting of three word documents, one needs to have PDFs converted to word and formatted, the other two have all the information but need to be put in the correct word format. I have an example document.

I need help with formatting of word documents for a writing project. All the information has been created and the content just needs to look uniform in accordance with the company format.
I can provide examples of formatted documents for you to copy the style/font/boxes etc and a rough formatting guide. I believe this will suit someone savvy with Microsoft word, attention to detail and a little patience. It is not complicated, but may take a couple of hours (or less!)
What is needed:
1 x convert PDFs (I will provide) to word document, and format according to the example.
1 x format a large word document into the right font, using the right boxes, create a table of contents based on the subheadings
1 x check the formatting done on two smaller documents for consistency (I will need to provide this document later on as I am still finalizing the content)
