Formating a Word document

I have my resume in a Word document and after updating it, it appears that the format and margins got messed up and for some reason I cannot change the font. The spacing is all screwed and just need to get it to look like the original version. "Resume for Graduation" is the updated resume with the font and spacing issues, and the "Resume" PDF is the original before the changes. I'm not picky on the letter type but the font size needs to be #12 and look presentable. It will then need to be exported into a PDF dosument.
