Format a word document

Hello, my name is Andy and I need help formatting a 50 page microsoft word document. I need basic formatting including headings, bullets, etc., but no graphics included. I am not sure whether I need help with proofreading or other editing, so that will be discussed prior. I am looking for an experienced and creative freelancer who can efficiently format my document according to the specifications I provide in a timely fashion.
