Format Microsoft Word Template to Auto Populate Text

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can format a Microsoft Word template to auto populate text and fill color in table cells. The project involves the following requirements:
Data to populate the template: This particular Word document is a template used for custom output reports generated using Fastfield Forms for in the field data collection. It is 39 pages in length however, many of these pages do not require any work. There are 6 identical and repeating sections that require some formatting. Below is a summary of what we are looking to have done with the template:
1. Format table cells in the document so that when photo images are pasted/imported into the document, each photo is pasted in with a specific height and width. There are tables currently in the template where the photos are placed.
2. Automatically populate cells in tables based on a value that is located in an adjacent cell. For example: If the numerical value in a cell is between 0 and 1, then the adjacent cell should automatically display "Low". Likewise, there are also numerical ranges for medium and high to be displayed. Additionally, I'd like specific cells to fill with red/yellow/green based on the value.
3. There are multiple repeating tables in the template. Some of the later tables cells need be formatted to duplicate text and/or a numerical value in tables at the beginning of the document to create a summary.
4. Finally, I would like to have the table of contents of the template update with accurate page numbers based on the length of the report. Sometimes additional sections are added to the document based on data collected.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Word and formatting templates
- Familiarity with automation techniques in Word
- Ability to create a user-friendly and efficient system for auto populating text in the template
