Fix a simple error on a Windows batch file

I am a doctor who works with children who have reading difficulties (dyslexia). If a child is reading text on a windows screen and has difficulty reading a particular word then I have had an app, called Read-it, developed which will enable the child to double-click on that single word and just that single word will be immediately read aloud enabling the child to carry on reading without interruption.
I have also had a batch file developed which contains the code for the Read-it which allows a parent or teacher to drag into the batch file a WORD file or a PDF file. When this has been done then just clicking on the batch file will open whichever file has been dragged in and a double-click on any word will result in that single word being read aloud. It is a very simple way of helping the child open the file they need to read.
The batch file works with Windows 10 but not with Windows 11 and this is what I need to be fixed.
