Fiddler's Bend Declaration Conversion to WORD file

We have photocopies of condominium docutments that we would like to have converted into a well-formatted digital file (preferably in MS WORD)
Conversion using Google gives messy results since there are stamps and marks on every page from the original filing with our county in Florida
The two core documents are attached along with a few shorter documents that reprsent amendments filed in later years
Can you provide a quote for the total package to create two documents:
1) The complete and updated Declaration
2) The complete and updated By-Laws
