Excel-to-Word Proposal Generator

I already have an Excel 365 calculator where my team keys in measurements for various roofing materials. I want a straightforward way for them to click one button inside that workbook and instantly produce a Word 365 document containing only the sentences that correspond to cells with numeric values.

Here’s what I need:
• A VBA (or Office Script) routine tied to a visible button in the Excel sheet.
• The macro reads each target cell, skips blanks, and builds a clean bulleted list of pre-written sentences in a new Word document.
• No empty bullets or extra lines—only the sentences for materials that actually have a quantity.
• A simple mapping table or clearly commented code so I can update or add sentences later.
• The Word file should open automatically, ready for my team to copy and paste into Buildertrend proposals.

Please include brief setup instructions so I can roll this out across our Office 365 environment and, if possible, note any security settings users must enable for the macro to run.
