Excel Filter & Export Tool

I need a platform on PowerApps (.msapp) that utilizes my university question bank in an Excel sheet. This platform should allow me to apply various filters and then export the selected questions to Word.
Requirements:
- Use my .xlsx question bank
- Apply filters: Topic, Difficulty Level, Question Type, and others. They're basically the column headers of my .xlsx file.
- Export selected questions to Word
- I want to have the .msapp file at the end so that i can use and share within my account.
